Mapping a Smooth Transition to High School: Understanding the “Cognitive Overhaul”
Families will learn what changes most between middle school and high school, why many capable students suddenly feel overwhelmed, and how to set up simple systems and routines before the school year begins. Parents will leave with clear strategies to support independence, so students start ninth grade with confidence and a plan.
This event is free and open to all families in the local area! Conveniently held 10–11am during freshman orientation. Start your morning building fellowship with WA Moms in Prayer at 9, then stay for a session on how to support your student this year. RSVP below.
