Academic Progress Planning

The Center uses various methods for individualizing a student’s path to content mastery. We introduce more efficient and effective learning because of our in-depth diagnosis of student needs. Our work links content, delivery, and assessment with each student’s previous learning. We engineer learning with rather than for students and create an environment that facilitates learning.

Subject-Specific Learning

The Center offers traditional tutoring for individual subjects to help students overcome whatever hurdles they are facing. The Center’s Academic Coaches will continue to work with students until they reach their desired competency.

Executive functioning refers to the brain-based, cognitive processes that help us to regulate our behavior, make decisions and set and achieve goals.

ACT & SAT

Understanding and preparing to take the ACT and SAT college admission tests can be overwhelming. We are here to help! We offer individual as well as small class preparation sessions. During the sessions, we go over tips and strategies for each section. We practice together during the session and assign work to be done between each session.
